The menu is not a Mexican menu. Instead, it captures flavors form all around the globe. Over a dozen different sauces were individually developed to enhance the flavor of the meats and fresh produce. The homemade sauces combined with quality ingredients make 360° Gourmet Burritos truly unique and flavorful. The menu was developed further by including seafood like fresh fish in season, prawns, scallops and other quality ingredients. Where else can you get a steak and lobster burrito sautéed and rolled right in front of you from a display kitchen? Or, a Cajun Chicken and Prawn burrito tossed with blackened spices, fresh jalapeños, and fresh garlic, in addition to the bell peppers, and red onions?
Other menu items were added to increase options. The burritos are not only wholesome and substantial, but they are huge. No one ever leaves the restaurant hungry nor, do they empty their pocketbooks. But tacos and salads were added to the menu for those who want lighter options. Also, in addition to the black beans and baked Spanish rice, Jasmine rice was added onto the menu because it enhanced the flavor of some of the specialty sauces such as the curry and Thai better then the traditional Spanish rice.
